Thanks to our great partners we’ve received a world class score - again!
The World class score refers to the result of the NPS - net promoter score - which measures if your customers are ready to recommend you. We at New Things Co rather speak about partners instead of customers. It requires a somewhat deeper relationship than the usual between the seller and the customer when leveling up your software capabilities and when designing and developing a new digital solution that drives your business to the top. For us, a score like this means that we are highly valued by our partners and we have achieved what we’ve aimed for. Below are some examples of anonymous feedback we got.
“I would recommend them due to their flexibility and professionalism. Above all because of their holistic grip. Which has been very important to us.”
“Not the kind of traditional consultant - an expert who really gets involved in the business and gives the feeling that they want to help, instead of just doing” “Easy to recommend”
Luckily there is still some room for improvement
Not all of the scores were the best possible for sure. In the future, we shall for example focus on ensuring we won’t go too deep into technical stuff. And even though we talk a lot about how important it is to understand the business needs at the partners’ end we still have room for improvement. Especially in the sales phase, we shall put more focus on addressing the needs and possibilities of the business. I believe that being a better version of yourself is always the key when communicating. That we at New Things Co have taken seriously. We invest time and money in our experts to be the next version of themselves to design and develop your new digital solutions so that the environment is attractive to your future experts in case you’d rather live without us. Not to forget the fact that while leveling up your software capabilities we ensure that your new digital product is suitable to your existing architecture.
“Web-based interface was made for our own software to bring needed added value for us. Even though it was developed by using completely new technology for us, during the project they took care of us being able to take over the solution ourselves”
"Communication has been very proactive, honest and open."
Familiar with NPS?
NPS, the net promoter score developed by Mr. Fred Reichheld, is widely used and an excellent way of measuring if your partners are ready to recommend you or not. The rating is from 0 to 10. 0 stating that you’re not recommended at all and 10 stating that you are the one to talk with. Those who give a 9 or 10 are considered “promoters”, 7 or 8 are considered “passives”, and 0–6 are considered “detractors”. We got 77% promoters and 23 % passives. Thanks to the persistent work since the beginning of New Things Co there were no detractors involved.
Our NPS result this year was 77, which increased from the previous score of 73. All scores over 0 are ‘good’ as it means that you have more promoters than detractors. Anything above 50 is excellent and a score over 70 is world class. We want to thank all of those who took the time to answer a couple of additional questions related to customer insights. We used the budget reserved for the charity and donated the thank you greetings to Unicef to support Ukrainian kids.
