Sales Lead of New Things

We are looking for a Sales Lead for our growing company with massive potential for the future to grow and evolve. 

The Work 

So far we have relied a lot on our channels in sales and while this has been successful, to support our new strategy in 2021 we need capabilities to build a strong sales pipeline of our own. 

It all starts with sourcing and scoring new clients. Continuing to nurturing those relationships and evolving them -  All the while communicating actively with our own teams and mentoring them through the sales process.

Sales is a function that needs a lot of love in our company, so the person coming in will have free reign to develop the ways of working. In the future they will be potentially leading up their own team. 

This might sound like a challenge, but it's not a solo effort. So far our CEO Sami has successfully headed up sales, and will continue to work closely with the next Sales Lead.


  • Client acquisition from first meeting to closing and beyond

  • Account management 

  • Close collaboration with the NTC team of talented consultants/experts in software development and design plus the NTC back office team. 

  • Responsibility for sales as a whole

  • Building and developing sales function 

  • In the future potential to grow into a leadership role 

  • Possibility to take part in other development areas in NTC, for example strategy, recruitment etc.

We are looking for

We are not targeting a specific business domain at this time so no specific domain knowledge is required, however, experience in sales in the tech industry is highly appreciated, especially experience in working in a sales team.

We are ultimately looking for a person with a sense of empathy - a person who is able to listen and figure out what the real problems are that the client is facing while building strong and long lasting relationships with both clients and our whole team. 


  • Experience in sales (software consulting / product)

  • Experience in the tech industry 

  • Experience in working in a sales team 

Nice to have

  • Experience in Solutions Sales in a consulting company 

  • Experience in cold calling and opening cases 

  • Experience in mentoring team members in sales

The Process: 

Our process is flexible and streamlined. This is how our whole process usually looks like:

  1. Coffees or teas: The first date. This is where we get to know each other and our hopes/aspirations. We use Zoom and Google meets, either one works.

  2. Second interview: We go deeper into content knowledge and skills.

  3. Deliberation and offer
